Ministry of Tourism Resume Promoting a number of Tourist Destinations to Vietnam Travel Agency Companies

(Ho Chi Minh – Viet Nam): At the same time of attending in the 15th International Tourism Expo, which was being held from 04 – 07 September 2019, at Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam, the Cambodian Ministry of Tourism also held a workshop at REX hotel, in the evening of 05 September to promote the certain main tourist destinations to tour operators, as well as travel agency companies at there. Under facilitation from Mr. Prak Vuthy, Director of Marketing and Foreign Tourism Promotional Department of the Ministry of Tourism, representative of the national aviation company Cambodia Angkor Air, representative of CATA, representative of Dara Airport hotel, and representatives of Sokha Phnom Penh, Sokha Seim Reap – Angkor, Sokha Kampot – Bokor and Sokha Preah Sihanouk Hotels made presentation to the workshop subsequently as well as advertised the Cambodia’s a number of tourism potentialities.

However, the seminar had contributed significantly to promoting tourism potentialities in Cambodia and at night of 05 September, the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia also prepared another special event was “Cambodia Night” – the full of the 15th International Tourism Expo at Ho Chi Minh City, Cambodia did strongly tried in promoting her potentiality and tourist destinations forwards enhancing international tourists growth to further visit to Cambodia. The Ministry of Tourism’s efforts in time of International Tourism Expo in Vietnam and the previous efforts indicated that the tourist destinations promotions outside nation are very necessary for enhancing international tourist growths. Please remind that within the event “the 15th International Vietnam Tourism Expo 2019”, there were 315 seller companies and 300 buyer companies from 17 nations. To Cambodia, there were 12 companies attended in advertising in this event.
