Battambang province found 5 more people infected with Covid-19 in Sangke district

(Battambang): Battambang provincial authorities announced the discovery of five more people, infected with Covid-19 in Sangke district, according to the press release of Battambang Provincial Administration, on the morning of May 4, 2021. The five people who were recently diagnosed with Covid-19:

  1. Dong Sat, male, 40 years old, living in Samdech Village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District.
  2.  Yok Sitha, female, 32 years old, living in Samdech Village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District
  3.  Nuon Sokheng, male, 32 years old, living in Samdech Village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District.
  4. Lam Kimleang, female, 20 years old, living in Samdech Village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District.
  5. Poeun Chenda, female, 29 years old, living in Samdech Village, Tapon Commune, Sangke District.

The Battambang provincial administration confirmed that they are the workers returning from Thailand on May 1, 2021. Doctors are currently searching for people who have been in contact with patients at other quarantine centers in connection with the above individuals. Please be informed that, since the outbreak of Covid-19, Battambang province is of 35 Covid-19 patients, 28 have recovered and 7 are being treated.
